Etosha National Park

Etosha National Park, the venue for many wildlife documentaries, is one of the finest locations for big game viewing in the world. Most species of large game are around in healthy numbers including elephant, lion, eland, zebra, cheetah, wildebeest, kudu, hyena and it is one of the best places to see black rhino which are highly endangered throughout Africa.

This large park consists of a vast white salty pan surrounded by mopani woodlands and grasslands. There are many natural springs and waterholes which ensure that the wildlife can survive prolonged dry spells and guarantee the visitor excellent game viewing making the area an excellent location for a traditional safari.

Our camps are located in the Onguma and Ongava Game Private Reserves, both private reserve on the  edge of the national park and activities include drives into the game rich areas of the park and night drives within the reserve which has resident black and white rhino.

Etosha National Park is usually combined in a safari circuit visiting the red dunes at Sossusvlei, the Damaraland region and the Skeleton Coast National Park giving a very scenic and varied safari holiday.
