Thank you - we had an amazing time! We have prviously done four safaris in South Africa, Botswana and South Luangwa in Zambia, and I would say that as an all-round experience this was the best.

OLIVERS CAMP
Olivers Camp is the best and most luxurious small tented camp in Tarangire National Park. The camp was built by Paul Oliver, a well known guide, who used it a base for walking safaris in the remote South of the park. Olivers is still a great base from which to enjoy excellent walking safaris in this game rich location.
Oliver's Camp has just ten luxury tents with en suite bathroom, open air shower and solid classic wooden furniture.
Oliver's Camp has a fabulous setting and offers an genuine high quality bush experience. The camp overlooks the Minyonyo pools flood plain where you can experience a walking safari getting close to some of the many herds of elephants found in the area.
The guiding at Olivers is of a very high standard and the service and accommodation are also top quality.
The range of activities on offer is unique for a camp inside a Tanzanian National Park. Off-road driving allows you to get closer to the action. Walking and Fly Camping add another unique element to a safari. The park's stunning natural beauty is ideal for wildlife and nature photography. Night drives are also possible and the camp supplies night vision binoculars for guests use.
Olivers Camp is an integral part of a Northern Tanzania Safari Circuit which combines beautifully with its sister camps Dunia in the Central Serengeti and Sayari in the remote Northern Serengeti close to the Mara River. A safari including these Camps in the dry season Months from July to October would be just about as good as it gets.
