Zimbabwe is an attractive and friendly country with a pleasant year round climate although the river valleys can be hot in summer.
The best time to visit Zimbabwe is between May and October when the weather is dry and the days sunny making the game viewing easier.
Despite the recent political issues affecting the Zimbabwe the country remains open to tourism. Visitors to the main tourist destinations can be assured of a warm welcome and as tourist numbers are greatly reduced at present the parks have less visitors making for a more exclusive game viewing experience.
The quality of guiding in Zimbabwe is of a very high standard and game concentrations in the principal National Parks are excellent with most of the larger animals including elephant plentiful.
The game parks we currently feature are all in the north of the country and combine perfectly with a trip to the spectacular Victoria Falls. Along with Livingstone on the opposite side of the Falls in Zambia, these two towns offer an amazing variety of unusual and exciting activities to suit every taste.
