Onguma Tented Camp

Onguma Tented Camp is situated in the private and pristine 20,000 hectare Onguma Game Reserve on the eastern side of the Etosha National Park.

Onguma Tented Camp is an excellent little camp offering a traditional safari experience combined with fine dining and friendly staff.

Onguma Tented Camp has seven exclusive tents each with en-suite facilities, indoor and outdoor showers and private patios overlooking a well used waterhole.

Beautiful bathrooms offer a luxurious free-standing bath, separate toilets and two stone basins.

In the local Herero language, Onguma means, "the place you don't want to leave." which you may well find to be the case.

Onguma Game Reserve is situated on the eastern side of Etosha, bordering Fisher's Pan. Onguma Game reserve consists of more than 20 000 hectares of pristine wilderness and protected land. The nature reserve offers over 30 different animal species including plains game, kudu, giraffe, eland, oryx, hartebeest, zebra, impala and more. Predators are active in the area and include lion, cheetah and leopard. The reserve is also home to a family of black rhino.

Game drives are taken both within the private reserve and in the Etosha National Park.
