“The Okavango Delta and Linyanti wetlands were even more spectacular than we imagined. What fantastic wildlife and what an adventure. The luxury tents were exactly that, comfortable and spacious, we loved listening to the sounds of Africa at night, so different to our city existence. The adventure started as we landed, a herd of elephant had chosen to wander along the runway as we approached and we had to buzz them to scare them off, the light aircraft flights into and around the delta were a pleasure in themselves. We stayed at Little Kwara camp a superb place where we enjoyed boat rides mokoro trips and tracking the wildlife before moving on to Lebala Camp where the quantity and variety of wildlife was stunning, elephants were everywhere and we also saw all the big cats. I particularly enjoyed the night drives where we saw Hyena and some of the smaller cats including serval, genets and African wild cats as well as lions and hyenas.
Well done Safari Club, we can’t wait to visit Africa again.”

“I don’t know where to start! It was fantastic! Brilliant! Awesome! We started at the ‘Off Beat Mara’ camp for three nights. The hosts made us all very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our two personal guides couldn’t do enough for us. They managed to show us almost everything the Mara has to offer. The highlights included seeing Cheetahs hunting and bringing down a wildebeest, Croc’s taking Wildebeest when they were crossing the river, spotting Leopard, Lions, Hippo, Giraffe, Jackal, Vultures pestering a Hyena as it walked around with the remains of….you guessed it! a Wildebeest! You name it and i think we saw it!!
The next few days we transferred to Sosian Ranch. We had the place exclusively to ourselves and we were waited on like royalty. The ‘girls’ enjoyed horse riding and camel rides. Again the food was delicous. It was excellent having tables, chairs, cold and hot drinks, full english breakfast arriving in the bush under the shade of a tree by a wonderful waterfall. Again we saw lots of animals including elephant, black cobra, zebra, antelope, an array of various birds, including my favourite the ‘fish eagle’.
Finally we spent the remaining 6 nights at Manda Bay, a litttle paradise of an island. Great beaches, very warm sea, and made to feel at home with the hosts. We participated in most of the water sports but mainly relaxed soaking in the surroundings!
The transfers in Kenya went without a hitch.
Thankyou for arranging it all.”

“Both of us just want to say thank you very much for a fantastic trip. We could not have wished for a better holiday. The itinerary you put together for us in Kenya was spot on. Each location was unique in it’s own way and we could not find fault with anything ( and for me that is hard to bear!) The people we met at each location could not do enough for us and they all had the knack of making each of you feel that you had their sole attention. We went out with no agenda and not knowing what to expect and I can honestly say it could not have been better.
When I first made contact I asked you to put together ‘ the trip of a lifetime’ for Sheila who had always dreamed of going to Africa on Safari. Thank you so much, along with everyone at Elsa’s, Richards and Kiwayu did that and more.
The only problem I have now is that Sheila will want to go back!( When I give in you will be getting a call)”

“In South Africa the excellent Malamala in Sabi Sands was undoubtedly a highlight of our trip, the wildlife was phenomenal and the guides were brilliant they answered our sometimes daft questions carefully and courteously and shared with us some of their love and passion for the African Bush and its wildlife both large and small. We saw leopard, lions, rhino, elephants and so much more but the highlight of the trip for me was following a pack of wild dogs though the bush as they chased down and caught an Impala. Brilliantly organised well done Safari Club!”
