The Sable Camp accommodates 14 guests in 5 luxury suites and the Lions Den - a 2 bedroomed, spacious luxury suite with magnificent views and accommodation for four guests.

The fully air-conditioned, beautifully appointed Sable Camp has a truly colonial feel enhanced with modern comforts including a library with satellite television and internet connectivity for those who require it.

The intimate safari bar, swimming pool and large wooden deck surrounding the camp provide a platform from which to admire the unimpeded views that make the Sable Camp experience.

A dedicated team of staff are on hand to make sure that every need of the guests is taken care of, whilst highly qualified rangers and trackers continue to present close contact viewing in the diverse wilderness that is MalaMala Game Reserve.

Malamala Game Reserve shares an unfenced common border of 19km / 12 miles with the Kruger National Park and is part of a conservation gene pool that covers 5.5 million acres of land in the heart of the South African Lowveld.

This low lying region of flat bush country contains habitat types ranging from riverine thicket along the perennial Sand River to open savannah.

Today this area is known to have the greatest diversification of animal species on the African continent with over seventy five per cent of clients successfully viewing the big five in this reserve.

Only guests accommodated at one of the Malamala camps may traverse this immense tract of privately owned game land, the largest in South Africa.
