Everything about the holiday was just perfect. was brilliant - we were the only guests until the last evening so they took really good care of us. Tip for anyone going to Meru, is to wear dark colours, because even light brown colours stained because of the bright red dust. We didn't see another safari truck apart from when we returned to the lodge on our last day when we saw 2 others from our lodge with visitors in who had just arrived.
was just as the description. Handy tip is that they have a charging room so it's easy to charge all electrical stuff. We were lucky enough to see the migration when they crossed the river.
Kinondu Kwetu was just so perfect - once again hardly any guests and they took really good care of us. The snorkelling was OK - but not the best by any means. The beach was lovely, because no body pestered you - in fact, the whole beach and the one next to it were deserted! I would highly recommend this place again and would love to return there. In fact, it's the only place that I've stayed in when I've been tearful saying goodbye to them!
