What can we say
What can we say? It was without doubt the best holiday either of us have ever had, and we have been on some good ones in the past. We would like to thank Paul for all his hard work, great patience and his very good advice. We cannot decide which place we enjoyed most, all three were spectacular.
The safari parks were amazing. We have friends who have been on safari and were disappointed with the number of people everywhere they went. This was not the case in either Selous or Jongomero. We felt very special due to the way we were looked after and the very personal service at each camp and what seemed like almost a personal airline that took us from place to place. The guides at both camps were excellent and really knew their stuff and involved us in everything. We had hoped to see some animals but by the end of six days we had exceeded even our own very high expectations.
The accommodation was out of this world as was the food. The first night we had dinner at Selous an elephant walked no more than six feet away from our table. Magical. We both think the little touches made this an incredible experience for us. Such as because they knew it was our silver wedding anniversary at Jongomero they baked us a special cake that the chef brought out to us as we ate dinner by candlelight on the dry river bed.
We didn't think you could spend this much money on a holiday but we would have to say it was money well spent.
Thank you very much for your help.
