Your trip continues to the Karoo Desert rich in succulents to Lüderitz a fascinating German styled town on the coast of Africa. You will also visit the abandoned ghost town of Kolmanskop, half buried beneath the Kalahari sand.

Then travel north through the pre-Namib and into the Namib Desert. This is the gateway to Sesriem Canyon and Sossusvlei, where some of the highest sand dunes on Earth stand towering over the white desert plains.

Travelling on to the coastal town of Swakopmund and Walvis Bay you will visit one of the most important wetland areas on the African continent, a World Heritage Site which is home to hundreds of thousands of Flamingo’s.

Continue north into the stunning and diverse Damaraland region, home to some incredible geological formations and also Desert adapted elephant and some of the last free ranging black rhino in Africa.

The final leg of your journey takes you to Etosha which is Namibia’s premier National park and where you can find four of the “Big Five” as well as cheetah and many species of plains game.
