A private overland adventure visiting Northern Tanzania’s spectacular National Parks and with most transfers being game drive transfers your holiday time is effectively used..

Your safari begins in Arusha and travels by road via  Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks,  the Nogorongoro Crater and three distinct areas of the enormous Serengeti Reserve. The safari finishes in the remote Northern Serengeti close to the Mara River. This safari is perfect for guests wanting to see the wildebeest migration as the herds reach the Mara River and begin crossing into Kenya’s Maasai Mara between late July and September.

As this is a private safari with your own personal guide and 4×4 safari vehicle you have considerable flexibility and freedom to decide your daily programme to follow local game movements or special interests in consultation with your guide.

Accommodation is in good mid range safari camps and lodges.

Tanzania overland adveture can be adpated to suit any number of guests and includes all accommodation, meals, park fees and transport. 

The routing and camps may be varied to suit guests available timeframe and seasonal game movements.

This is a great stand-alone safari but it is also ideal to combine with a beach holiday in Zanzibar or other Tanzanian Islands.
