CHINDENI BUSH CAMP
Chindeni camp is situated by a permanent oxbow lagoon, in sight of the magnificent Nchendeni Hills in the Luangwa Valley. The camp enjoys a secluded position and offers a quiet and relaxing stay.
Raised on wooden decking Chindeni's four huge en-suite tented chalets are sheltered by a shady ebony grove. Each chalet has its own private veranda with views of the resident game and lagoon. Each tent has 2 queen-size beds, hot and cold running water, shower and toilet.
The bar and dining area are also surrounded by ebony trees. An adjacent walkway provides access to a lagoon-side retreat. From here, guests can enjoy an open-air dining experience, or the spectacular sunset as it reflects from the still waters of the lagoon. The seclusion of your stay and the abundant wildlife combine to make a stay at this camp an experience not to be missed.

On the walking safaris the guides will introduce you to the the big five and also to some of Africa's smaller wildlife it's activity and habitat. The guide will also provide an insight as how to track spoor, to listen for warning sounds of predators approaching, to know and distinguish medicinal plants.
Day and night game drives are also offered from the camp in addition to the walking safaris.
In our opinion this is an excellent luxury bushcamp with high standards a stunning location and great wildlife which combines well with other bush camps such as Kapamba or Kuyenda and a few days at Mfuwe Lodge in the central area of the park.
