WATERBERRY LODGE
Waterberry Lodge can be found in a breathtaking, secluded position on the banks of the spectacular Zambezi River approximately 20 kilometres upstream from Victoria Falls.
Accommodation at Waterberry Lodge is in comfortable en-suite double, twin or family thatched lodges close to the swimming pool and with views over the Zambezi.
Waterberry lodge has recently added two superb new chalets, with their own private decking at the rear, overlooking a private lake.
The double-storey main building area overlooks the river and the game park beyond. Downstairs is the dining area and sun terrace. Upstairs the main lounge which is open to the high thatch with lots of seating, a well-stocked bar and magnificent views.
Meals at Waterberry Lodge are served in the dining area, on the sun deck or the terrace overlooking the pool. Tea and coffee are always available and the bar is open at all reasonable times.
Waterberry Lodge has access and will provide transport, to the wide range of exciting and adventurous activities available in the Victoria Falls area which include flights in various types of flying machine over the falls and Zambezi River, canoe and boat trips on the river, White water rafting, bungee jumping, elephant back safaris, walking with lions, cultural tours and many others.
In our opinion Waterberry Lodge provides an excellent mid range lodge in a lovely riverside location and is an excellent start or finishing point for a safari in Botswana or Zambia.
