This wonderful safari starts in the Zambezi National Park, a short distance from the magnificent Victoria Falls. You will be staying in a luxurious riverside lodge from where you can enjoy some of the exciting activities available on the Zambezi River.

You will then travel by road and rail on the “Elephant Express” with game viewing on route to the Ngamo Plains in the South of Hwange National park, one of the best areas of the park for game viewing, highlights of which include lion, cheetah, roan and sable antelope.

Victoria Falls to Victoria Falls basis

This is an exciting 4×4 exploration of the little known Kafue National Park, the largest National Park in Zambia and one of the largest in Africa. It is fed by three rivers, the Lufupa in the North West and the Lunga and Kafue in the East.

The Park has the largest mammal species diversity in Zambia due to its interesting habitat mix which includes miombo woodland and seasonal open grassy areas called dambos. It is possible to see several unusual species which are rare or non-existent elsewhere. The “Zambian Secret” safari stays at camps in the central and northern areas of the park and follows the course of the Lufupa River to the seasonally flooded Busanga Plains, an important wetland area, similar to Botswana’s Okavango Delta.
