This is a classic safari and beach flying tour visiting two of Africa’s most extensive and pristine wilderness and conservation areas. Both of the huge and varied parks and reserves featured have rugged and beautiful scenery with spectacular wildlife and provide a glimpse of Africa as it was when the first explorers set foot on African soil.

You start your Safari with a scheduled flight to Ruaha National Park, now Tanzania’s biggest park following its recent extension. This truly vast area contains a large cross section of Tanzania’s wildlife with both Northern and Southern species found here in healthy numbers. Despite its size there are presently only a few small camps and lodges, ensuring exclusive game viewing in most areas of the park.

You finish your Safari in the Selous Game Reserve a protected area covering most of South East Tanzania and as in Ruaha you can expect superb game viewing and few other tourists. The big attraction of the Selous is the possibility of fly camping, guided walks and game viewing by boat on the magnificent Rufiji River. Activities which are not possible in most of Tanzania’s other parks.

“Serengeti to Zanzibar flying adventure” is a short and flexible flying safari, designed to maximise game viewing opportunities in Africa’s greatest wildlife reserve before concluding with a luxury beach holiday on the exotic Indian Ocean Island of Zanzibar.

Your safari starts in Arusha with a short flight to the Serengeti National Park. You have the option here of a classic seasonal tented camp or a premium luxury permanent camp.

Your accommodation will be located in the best area of the Serengeti for game viewing in any particular season and generally follows the route of the Great Migration, so the game viewing is inevitably superb. A luxury safari showcasing the best of Northern Zimbabwe including Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park and Mana Pools in the Lower Zambezi Valley. You will start your safari with a couple of nights at Victoria Falls in a comfortable hotel close to the entry gate.

You will have time to visit the falls and maybe enjoy some of the exciting activities on offer here which include white-water rafting and canoeing, bungee jumps, river cruises, microlight and helicopter flights.

You will then travel to the scenic northern area of Hwange National park and a private safari concession within the park. This area has excellent game viewing and is one of the best areas in the park to see wild dog as well as lion and other predators, large and small.

The next leg of your journey is a game drive transfer south through the park to your next camp which is located in the heart of the area that was famous as the home of “Cecil” the huge male lion that ruled the females in this area for many years before his well-known untimely demise.

A thrilling adventure visiting the beautiful Victoria Falls, a world heritage site and the spectacular Batoka Gorge where you will be staying at a outstanding lodge on the rim of the two hundred metre gorge, home to Black Eagles and other birds of prey.

You will then transfer to the private Nehimba concession in the scenically attractive Northern section of the huge Hwange National Park, home to forty thousand elephants and all of Africa’s major predators, this is also one of the best areas of the reserve to see wild dog. Victoria Falls to Victoria Falls basis

A thrilling adventure visiting the beautiful Victoria Falls, a world heritage site and the spectacular Batoka Gorge before travelling to the remote Southern section of the Hwange National Park, home to forty thousand elephants and all of Africa’s major predators.

Victoria Falls to Victoria Falls basis

A superb luxury flying safari visiting Victoria Falls, Hwange National Park and Mana Pools in the Lower Zambezi Valley.

You will start your safari at Victoria Falls where you will be staying in a private concession bounded by the Masuwe River and the Zambezi Gorge within the Victoria Falls National park providing distant views of the spray from Victoria Falls.
